DEVCELL is an Australian veteran-founded design and capability development team focused on building equipment that works where it matters. Our foundation is Special Operations, strengthened by experience in law enforcement and continued service supporting government and law enforcement agencies in advisory and consulting roles. Beyond operational experience, our team brings professional expertise across engineering, product design, protective services, and strategic communication, combining technical precision with the ability to shape concepts that enhance capability and operational effectiveness.
